Lindberg has been prominent since returning to Skellefteå in 2023 after playing abroad in the NHL, KHL and the Swiss league.
This season his dominance has been almost complete.
With 30 goals and 67 points in 52 regular-season games, he won the points race by an eleven-point margin and tied with Timrå's Jonathan Dahlén as the SHL's top scorer.
The scoring total is the fourth-highest in SHL history.
Lindberg's Skellefteå leads the SM final series against Rögle 2-1 ahead of the fourth match in Ängelholm tonight.
The jury for the SHL Awards consists of the league's head coaches and team captains, selected ice hockey figures and journalists. The awards are based on the SHL's regular season.
