"The project includes the construction of a data centre of approximately 22,000 square metres, including five data halls, associated earthworks and underground technical infrastructure. This will be the second building to be constructed in the area," writes Skanska.
Construction is scheduled to start in August 2026 and the project is expected to be completed in May 2028.
The contract will be included in the order intake in the third quarter of 2026.
