Skanska has signed an agreement with Special Properties regarding the expansion and reconstruction of the Österåker institution north of Stockholm.
The agreement is worth approximately 1.3 billion kronor and is included in the order intake for Sweden in the second quarter of 2025, according to a press release from the company.
The project encompasses the reconstruction of two buildings, new production of 13 buildings, and various smaller service buildings.
