Skanska takes billion-dollar order in the US, builds data center

"The project includes the construction of a data center, including the building shell and interior design for technical spaces, support areas and office functions. Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027," Skanska writes.
