The construction company Skanska is investing approximately 1 billion kronor in the first phase of the office property Solna Link at Solna station in Arenastaden.
The construction contract is worth approximately 480 million kronor, which will be included in the order intake for Skanska Sweden in the first quarter of 2025, writes Skanska in a press release.
The construction work begins in March 2025 and the office building is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
