An employee at Skåne University Hospital is sentenced to three years' imprisonment for assaulting a colleague at a Christmas party at a restaurant, reports Sydsvenskan.
The man himself claims that it was the woman who assaulted him. The woman has told that the man followed her into the toilet and subjected her to an assault. It was interrupted when another person knocked on the door, the man left and went home. The woman told colleagues what had happened and the police were called.
Malmö District Court also sentences the man to pay 220,000 kronor in damages.
