Market interest rates are falling. Therefore, Skandiabanken is lowering the interest rates on fixed-rate mortgages, according to a press release.
The reduction in list rates is largest for the five-year loan, down 0.20 percentage points to 4.14 percent.
The variable interest rate (three months) remains unchanged.
