Skandia lowers the variable mortgage interest rate by 0.15 percentage points. It is a smaller reduction than what the Swedish Central Bank lowered the key interest rate by last week, 0.25 percentage points, which many assessors and politicians have criticized.
"Skandia prices mortgages based on market conditions and strives for conformity with market interest rates," the company writes in a press release.
Länsförsäkringar lowers the variable list rate by 0.20 percentage points.
