Skandia Reduces Variable Mortgage Interest Rate by 0.05%

Skandia announces that it is lowering the list interest rate for mortgages with a 3-month binding period by 0.05 percentage points. This means a list interest rate of 3.6 percent. On the other hand, the list interest rates for binding periods between 1 and 5 years remain unchanged, the company writes in a press release.
