Skandia lowers the interest rate on all fixed mortgage rates. The interest rate on loans with a 1-year binding period is lowered by 0.09 percent to a list rate level of 3.98 percent. The interest rate on loans with a 2-year binding period is lowered by 0.19 percent to 4.0 percent, and for long-term 3-year loans, the interest rate is lowered by 0.19 percent to 4.1 percent.
The new interest rates apply from and including April 16.
"Skandia prices mortgages based on market conditions and strives for consistency with market interest rates," says Johan Bauhn, business manager at Skandiabanken, in a press release.
