The couple was first threatened at gunpoint, and a few days later, six shots were fired into their home in Falkenberg. Now two men have been sentenced to long prison terms, local media report.

Both incidents occurred in the fall of 2024. Two men, aged 20 and 25, have been sentenced to twelve and nine years in prison, respectively, for attempted murder.

Varberg District Court also sentenced a 35-year-old woman for aiding and abetting the attempted murder.

She is already serving a 15-year prison sentence for several shootings in Stockholm and Gothenburg, but has now been sentenced to another year in prison, reports Hallands Nyheter.

A teenage girl was convicted of a serious weapons offense in the same verdict, but had already been sentenced to prison previously and will not receive any additional punishment.
