Israel confirms that soldiers have opened fire on what is described as suspected individuals who approached Israeli forces, reports Reuters. The statement says nothing about the condition of the shot, who according to authorities in Gaza have died of their injuries.
The Palestinians are said to have, according to Israel, crossed the line to which Israeli forces withdrew as part of the US President Donald Trump's peace plan for Gaza.
