Early Saturday morning, two police officers and a civilian were killed in an attack in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, according to the Civil Defense Authority. On Friday evening, three more people were killed in Gaza City and their bodies were taken to Shifa Hospital.
The Israeli military has not commented on the attacks.
Despite a ceasefire imposed on October 10 last year, violence in the Palestinian territories has continued - even since Israel and the US began their war against Iran at the end of February.
