This includes several serious accounting offences, serious tax offences and money laundering, according to the indictment.
The crime is linked to two companies and lasted from 2021 to 2025, when the companies went bankrupt.
"The hidden owners have appropriated large amounts and have not reported taxes correctly," says investigation leader Julia Nyander, a prosecutor at the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, in a press release.
The Economic Crimes Authority cracked down on the suspects last autumn. Two of them, who were detained in their absence, were later arrested in Spain.
