”Blåsvart” treated the Studenternas audience to several nice goals when they left the bottom struggle behind them for good.
Isak Bjerkebo shot 1–0 in one corner after a corner kick. Henrik Rönnlöf Castegren found the other corner with a direct shot just before the pause.
And in the second half, Leo Walta showed his goal instinct twice. The Finn added to 3–0 with a hard shot in the far corner and later shot 4–0 with his left foot.
The goals mean that Walta takes over Philip Haglund's club record for most Allsvenskan goals for Sirius. Walta has made a total of 22 goals since he came to the club, of which 15 this season.
With two rounds left, Sirius has 33 points, seven more than Degerfors, who are in a qualifying spot.
