Chat GPT is activated if users ask complex questions to Siri, which Apple's own system identifies as more suitable for Chat GPT, reports the American TV channel CNBC.
The user will first be asked if they want to use Chat GPT to get an answer to the question.
According to Apple, integrity protection has been built into the service, including that questions asked will not be archived.
Users can also pay for an upgraded version of Chat GPT via Apple and access the AI tool in other menus in the operating system.
Apple's decision to collaborate with Chat GPT was announced as early as June.
