Star trio Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic and Jack Draper have all withdrawn from the ATP tournament in Toronto next week. For world number one and Wimbledon winner Jannik Sinner, it is an elbow injury that stops him.

The 23-year-old won his first Masters 1000 tournament in Toronto in 2023.

Winning the title in Toronto two years ago was the beginning of something very special for me, but after talking to my team I have to recover, he says according to AP.

Djokovic is forced to withdraw due to a groin injury and Draper cancels due to a problem with his left arm.
