The Liberals will say no to Ulf Kristersson (The Moderate Party) as Prime Minister if the Sweden Democrats get ministerial posts in a potential government. This was decided by The Liberals' party board over two weeks ago.
On the question of whether L will vote red in the Riksdag, the party leader Mohamsson is clear:
Yes, she says in SVT's Agenda.
Towards a new election
Most of all, the party wants to achieve a new variant of the Tidö Agreement.
For our mandates, we demand that we should continue to have the cooperation we have today, which makes Sweden richer, safer and freer, she says.
Mohamsson also says that L is ready to drive the demand through several votes in the Riksdag all the way to a new election.
So it will happen in that case, but my starting point is that we have managed to solve this before.
The Sweden Democrats' party leader Jimmie Åkesson has called L's stance "incomprehensible".
Profit ban in school
The Liberals announced last week that the party wants to ban the profit interest in school.
Limited companies should be phased out as a form of operation and independent schools should be allowed to continue in a form without profit requirements, for example as foundations, according to the proposal. This is a new line that has not been shared by the other Tidö parties, but by the red-greens.
We cannot have an independent school system where there are such clear demands for profits. Therefore, I think you need to have a different system, says Mohamsson in Agenda.
But she does not want to cooperate with the red-greens on the issue.
– I am hopeful that more parties in the bourgeoisie will see the problems that also exist in the independent school system, she says further.
