The gaming company Betsson significantly increased its profit during the fourth quarter. The operating profit of 70 million euros was 23 percent better than the same period the previous year.

"When we add 2024 to the records, we can conclude that it was the best year ever for Betsson. The year was characterized by high growth, improved profitability, and strategic investments in line with our long-term goals," writes CEO Pontus Lindwall in the annual report.

Revenues simultaneously increased by 22 percent to over 300 million euros, where a significant increase in sportsbook revenues, i.e. betting on various sports events and matches, is particularly notable.

The board of directors is now proposing an ordinary dividend of 0.657 euros, approximately 7.50 Swedish kronor, and an extra dividend of 0.10 euros, approximately 1 krona.
