Crosby was forced to leave Wednesday's quarterfinal against the Czech Republic (4-3 after overtime) with a lower-body injury. The Canadian was hit by Radko Gudas, received treatment on the bench and went to the locker room shortly afterward. Crosby then missed Friday's semifinal against Finland (3-2).
The Olympic final between Canada and the USA will be played on Sunday at 2:10 p.m.
