Linköping's Robin Kovacs pointed the finger at Djurgården supporters - and is now banned from two SHL matches.

It was when Robin Kovacs, the Stockholmer with sympathies for AIK, left the ice after the second period that he pointed the finger at Djurgården's away team.

The Ice Hockey Association's disciplinary committee believes that it was grossly unsportsmanlike conduct and sentences Kovacs to a two-match suspension.

"Obscene gestures are not part of sport. The action is to be assessed as unsportsmanlike conduct that will result in a suspension," the disciplinary committee writes.
