The alarm about the incident came in at 00:30 on Saturday. No people were injured, but there is material damage at the scene.
About an hour after the incident, a person was arrested at another location in Borås, Josarp says.
Technicians are at the scene, which is cordoned off. Police are also knocking on doors.
The incident is being investigated as a felony weapons offense, aggravated unlawful threat, and vandalism.
