Around 10 p.m. on Thursday, an alarm was received reporting loud bangs in the Hageby area of Norrköping. Police later determined the sounds came from shots fired at an apartment door.
There are no injuries, but we have made some findings and can confirm that shots were fired in a stairwell, said Torbjörn Lindqvist, officer on duty at the police.
We have one person in custody as a suspect in the case.
The police are not releasing the person's gender or age at this time. The case is being classified as aggravated unlawful threats and aggravated weapons offenses.
