The e-clothing chain plans to offer 280 million shares at a price of SEK 57.5-59.8, which would raise up to just over SEK 16 billion.

This would imply a valuation of the company of just over SEK 250 billion.

The e-commerce giant, which moved its headquarters to Singapore in 2021, previously called off an attempt to list its shares on Wall Street after questions arose about the company's suppliers and treatment of employees.

An attempt at a listing in London has also been scrapped, after Chinese authorities put a stop to it.
