Ludvig Åberg had a tough day on Friday, shooting a full six over par and losing a lot of ground on the leaderboard.
On Saturday he played a bit better, making one bogey, two birdies and par on the rest of the first nine holes.
He now has to wait to continue the round.
The PGA says on its website that a severe thunderstorm has moved in over Dublin, Ohio, where the tournament is being played.
It is still unclear when play can resume.
