A severe forest fire raged during the night to Wednesday at Hammarbybacken in southern Stockholm.
The rescue service was alerted to the site at midnight and had not yet managed to get to the fire by 01.30, which occurred at an inaccessible location on a height.
It was not until 03.00 that the rescue service could leave the site.
We had drones to help so we could see exactly where it was somewhere and forces from Nacka and Katarina managed to reach the fire and extinguish it, says Tobias Åkesson, leadership officer at the rescue service.
No buildings were damaged in the fire.
