Several killed in Russian attack on Odessa

At least seven people have been killed and another 15 injured in a Russian attack in the Odessa region of Ukraine, the region's governor Oleh Kiper announced via Telegram.

According to Kiper, the Russians used ballistic missiles in the attack.
