The state-run Lebanese news agency NNA reported on Tuesday that at least four people were killed in attacks in the country's south, especially the Nabatieh region. A drone strike hit two vehicles in the town of Mayfadoun.
In another raid, vehicles were attacked near the town of Shukin.
The Israeli military said it had located and attacked "a suspicious vehicle in an area where Israeli soldiers were operating."
Israel also said it intercepted and shot down projectiles fired by the Iran-backed Shiite militia Hezbollah. Israel has also destroyed a ramp from which the projectiles were fired.
The attacks and shelling continue despite a ceasefire.
