A number of Russian drone attacks have targeted residential buildings and a hotel in the city, reports the Kyiv Independent.
The first explosions occurred at around 1:30 a.m. local time. The extent of the attacks is not yet fully clear, but according to Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa military administration, 13 people have been reported injured so far.
