"A vehicle drove into Tiergarten Park and hit several people, injuring them," Berlin police wrote on social media.
One person has been confirmed dead and some of the injured have life-threatening injuries.
A large police operation is underway in central Berlin following the incident, which occurred at 10 p.m. on Saturday.
People are reported to have fled the scene in panic. The public is urged to evacuate the area immediately, and to leave the concert area at the Brandenburg Gate in central Berlin.
A suspect is at large and, according to German media, a white van was used in the hit-and-run, writes Berliner Zeitung.
A white van drove straight into the crowd, an eyewitness told the newspaper.
The Christopher Street Day Pride event was scheduled to take place all weekend, but Sunday's event has been canceled due to the incident. Tens of thousands of people attended the parade and festivities surrounding the event.
Images from the scene of the incident show several people injured and being treated at the scene. Police have set up a gathering point for journalists at the scene.
"We are working hard to track down the suspects," the police wrote on X.
