At least seven people were stabbed at two different locations in a community north of Canadian Winnipeg early on Thursday morning, local time, reports CBC.
A 18-year-old woman was killed and the other six victims, aged 18 to 60, have been taken to hospital, according to the police.
The 26-year-old perpetrator – brother of the murdered 18-year-old – died and a female police officer was seriously injured in a traffic accident after the violent incident.
