Henrik von Eckermann (individual champion 2022) and Peder Fredricson (member of the gold-winning team) are most likely two of the five riders on the team (plus one reserve) when it comes together in August.

"It will be an exciting journey all the way to the championship. We will work intensively to ensure that everyone has the best possible plan. It is a World Championship at one of equestrian sport's most iconic venues and it is also an Olympic qualifier. A very important championship," says Ankarcrona in a press release.

"Now the form will be sharpened and it's all about finding the five combinations that we believe will be at their peak during the World Championships. You have to perform to be selected but ultimately you have to be at your best in Aachen."
