In one of the cases in Falun in January this year, healthcare personnel were unable to log in quickly enough to access the patient's medical record when a patient suffered a cardiac arrest.
"It becomes a guessing game in the acute situation regarding the patient's condition, which really cannot be considered satisfactory from a medical point of view," says Daniel Svedin, a specialist in general medicine at Falu Hospital.
Cosmic was developed by the company Cambio, whose CEO Rami Avidan declined to be interviewed by SVT.
"We have not received information that points to errors in Cosmic as the cause of a patient's death," he says in a written comment.
