An employee at the Sis home was slightly injured, but did not need to seek medical attention.
"It has been a minor riot. There are five clients who have gone wild on the interior and also to some extent against staff," says Stefan Hell Fröding, press secretary at the Swedish State Institutions Board, to the newspaper.
The unrest broke out late Wednesday night in a locked ward. The youths, aged 14 to 17, have been relocated and the ward is being kept closed until further notice.
