According to Expressen, the injured are a man and a woman. They are reported to have been attacked with a weapon; their injuries are unclear. The alarm came at 9:26 p.m.
The healthcare emergency center told TT that two people were loaded into an ambulance and taken to Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg.
The incident is being investigated as two cases of attempted murder and one case of child endangerment, as a minor was present at the scene.
"We are trying to hear from as many people as possible who know something about these people," says Johan Ljung, duty officer with the police.
The suspected perpetrator was arrested "a short distance away," Ljung says.
"As far as we understand, this is an isolated incident involving people who are familiar with each other," Ljung says.
