A student has been seriously injured at a school in Karlskrona. The accident occurred on Thursday and the student is lying sedated in the intensive care unit, reports BLT.
The student is said to have climbed out of a bathroom window and fallen onto a skylight and then onto the ground, according to the boy's mother to the newspaper.
Helén Enarsson Allevang, the municipality's operations manager for the upper secondary school and adapted school area, confirms the information and says that the incident will be investigated.
We now need to find out how it could happen and what we need to address, she says to BLT.
