Other films are French "Love me tender", Iranian-French "It was just an accident", Spanish "Deaf" and British "Christy".
The award is presented by European Film Festival in collaboration with the European Parliament. Which film wins the prize will be announced in mid-April in Brussels.
All the final films are translated into the continent's 24 official languages and will also be shown in over 50 cities. The winning film will be made accessible for people with visual and hearing impairments and will also receive help with international marketing.
