Semiconductor giant TSMC meets its forecast

The Taiwanese company's sales indicate the appetite for semiconductors has remained intact despite the war in the Middle East.

Revenue for the quarter was the equivalent of $35.6 billion, or SEK 330 billion, slightly better than analysts' forecasts.

TSMC is, among other things, a supplier of computer chips to tech giants Nvidia and Apple.
