After a strong start, Sweden is in a slump in mixed doubles curling. The third straight loss, a crushing 9–0 defeat, came against Norway after a series of serious Swedish mistakes.

The match was over after just six rounds. By then, Norway had taken all the points, even though they did not have the last stone even once.

This is probably the worst they have experienced at this level, says commentator Niklas Nord in SVT's broadcast.

After opening wins against South Korea and the Czech Republic, followed by three straight losses to Estonia, Great Britain and Norway, Sweden stands at two wins and three losses in five matches.

Siblings Isabella and Rasmus Wranå are now under pressure to win all four remaining matches to have a chance at the semifinals.
