Mortgages with maturities of one year will be increased by 0.10 percentage points to 3.64 percent. The two-year interest rate will be increased by 0.20 percentage points to 3.89 percent, while five-year loans will be increased by 0.15 percentage points to 4.19 percent.
The variable mortgage interest rate, with a three-month fixed period, is unchanged.
Swedbank announced last week that it would raise the interest rate on fixed-rate loans.
