Seattle is through to the American football final - the Super Bowl - after defeating Los Angeles 31–27 on Monday night, local time in Sweden.
In the final, the team will face New England, who a few hours earlier defeated the Denver Broncos 10–7 in snowy Colorado.
The New England Patriots can now win a historic seventh title, something no other team has managed so far.
The Kansas City Chiefs, the giants of recent years, have played in three straight finals but missed this year's playoffs. The reigning champion Philadelphia Eagles were eliminated in the first round.
The Super Bowl will be decided on the night of Monday, February 9, local time in Sweden, in San Francisco.
