The Sweden Democrats want Sweden to have the lowest number of granted residence permits in the entire EU in 2027.
"Now that asylum reception is close to zero, we will strive for as little migration as possible," the party writes in its election manifesto, which will be presented on Monday.

Sweden currently has an exemption from the EU's minimum fuel tax requirements, which expires on the last day of November. The SD wants to try to extend this.
According to Jimmie Åkesson, SD is the guarantee within Tidö for low fuel prices.

The Sweden Democrats are also campaigning on strengthening activity support for the long-term unemployed. Among other things, the party wants to raise the floor for compensation from 365 kronor per day to 500 kronor.
Also new in the election manifesto is that the party wants to establish a "Center against Political Islam" to "strengthen Sweden's resilience against this democracy-threatening ideology."
The election manifesto, which has a total of 68 points, also includes a number of proposals that the party has presented previously. Including cheaper dental care and a national ban on the veil in public places.
The party wants to finance its proposals by being more economical with state finances. In this way, the SD hopes to find 140 billion kronor.
