Djurgården took the lead in the tenth minute after Häcken was sloppy in defense, and Maria Olafsdottir Gros made it 1–0.
With just under ten minutes left in the match, Felicia Schröder equalized after turning up on the edge of the penalty area and finishing near the post to make it 1–1.
The score remained tied until full time and the match went to extra time.
During the first quarter of extra time, Schröder struck again, this time with her head, to make it 2–1 after a cross.
Schröder completed her hat-trick to make the final score 3–1.
In the cup final, Häcken will face Hammarby, who won their semi-final against Kristianstad 2–0.
The final will be played on May 16.
