"There are several cases of rape," says prosecutor Martina Valentin.
The man denies the crime.
He was arrested overnight between Thursday and Friday last week. The prosecutor declined to comment on the relationship between the man and the plaintiff, or on where the suspected crimes were committed.
"Partly to protect the investigation and partly to protect the plaintiff," says Valentin.
The alleged crimes for which the man was arrested occurred between July 1, 2025, and February 1, 2026.
