A school leader in Västerås is convicted by Västmanlands District Court for child pornography offenses and exploiting a child for sexual posing, reports P4 Västmanland.
According to the prosecutor, he has, among other things, forced a 15-year-old student to send nude pictures.
According to the verdict, the man has acted completely unboundedly and extremely inappropriately in his contact with the girl, reports the radio channel.
The District Court, however, does not consider the actions to be a gross crime. The man is sentenced to probation and is to pay the girl damages of 25,600 kronor.
