Between 2015 and 2023, the man secretly filmed and photographed 166 girls and young women at the school and then posted the images on porn sites.
He was sentenced to two years in prison in the district court, but over 160 plaintiffs appealed the verdict – and the court of appeal is now tightening the sentence to two years and four months in prison.
“The court of appeal believes that there are aggravating circumstances to such an extent that the penalty value is higher than what the district court has come to”, it says in the verdict, reports SVT Värmland.
