SBB Dissolves Jointly Owned Companies

SBB has bought out co-owners from two jointly owned companies, with Magnolia Bostad and Sveaviken as counterparts, writes the financially pressured real estate company in a press release.

According to SBB, the property value amounts to nearly 2.2 billion kronor and the transaction will have a positive effect on SBB's liquidity of 5 million kronor after payment of the purchase price and repayment of deposits.
