"The background is the recently announced transaction between Sveafastigheter and KlaraBo. In light of the fact that Sveafastigheter is consolidated in SBB's financial reporting, the company has decided to allocate additional time for analysis and review of the transaction's accounting effects," writes SBB.

SBB shares fell just over 2 percent after the announcement and have thus lost 42 percent of their value since the turn of the year.

SBB, with former S politician and entrepreneur Ilija Batljan and Norwegian Aker Capital as major owners, has undergone a radical restructuring after a crisis in 2022, in which most of the company's property portfolio was sold.
