He added:

"After I spoke to the coach, I knew I had to move here. He wants to help me reach the highest level, and I believe we can do it together, as a team."
Savinho played two seasons for Manchester City and has previously played for Atlético Mineiro, Troyes, PSV Eindhoven and Girona.
According to the BBC, the transfer fee was 75 million British pounds, just over SEK 970 million, and also includes bonuses of another 10 million pounds, or SEK 129 million.
