A Russian glide bomb landed about 220 metres from Save the Children's regional office in Sumy in northeastern Ukraine on Thursday night, the organisation said in a press release. On Monday, a Russian drone caused damage to one of its warehouses storing humanitarian aid.

The attacks “are a devastating reminder that children in Ukraine continue to bear the brunt of this war,” the organisation writes, and continues:.
"As attacks in Ukraine become more frequent, unpredictable and intense, children are at increasing risk of being killed, injured or traumatized."
